Qiao Xing Mobile, a Chinese manufacturer of mobile handsets, priced 13.3 million shares at $12 each, the midpoint of the $11-$13 range, on Wednesday evening. The 13.3 million share count was 20% below the 16.7 million originally announced since fewer secondary shares were sold than planned. UBS was the sole bookrunner on the deal. The stock is expected to begin trading on Thursday on the NYSE under the ticker "QXM."
