Salary.com, provider of on-demand compensation management software, priced its IPO at $10.50 Wednesday afternoon. This is a slight increase from their proposed range of $8-$10. They also increased the number of shares offered 14% to a total of 5.7 million shares. Thomas Weisel is the lead manager on the deal. Salary.com is expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ under the ticker "SLRY" on Thursday
