3SBio Inc, a Chinese biotech that is developing protein-based products to fight infectious diseases, filed for an IPO on Friday. The company plans to offer 7.7 million ADSs at a range of $12-$14, giving it a proposed market cap of $280 million. UBS is set to manage the deal. Timing has yet to be announced.
