Boise Cascade, a diversified paper and forest products company, lowered its proposed price range to $17 to $19 from $24 to $26. The shares to be offered remains at 16 million. Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, Lehman Brothers and Deutsche Bank are acting as the joint book runners. Boise Cascade expects to price Wednesday and its stock will trade on the NYSE under the symbol "BCC."
