Trimas Corporation, a manufacturer of equipment for the packaging systems, energy product, industrial specialties, RV & trailer products and recreational accessories markets, filed for its IPO on Thursday. The Michigan-based company previously filed in March 2004, but later withdrew in May 2005. Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse and JP Morgan are set to manage the deal. Terms and timing have yet to be announced.
