Midas Medici Group Holdings, a Brazil-focused provider of data center and cloud computing solutions, withdrew its plans for an initial public offering on Friday, citing poor market conditions. The New York, NY-based company, which was founded in 2006, filed in February to raise $29 million. No underwriters were listed in the initial filing.
