We are looking for a Marketing Associate who will be responsible for marketing, customer acquisition, and client services for our two subscription-based products (IPO Intelligence and IPO Pro) and our asset management products (ETFs and SMA accounts). This person will execute and develop new marketing initiatives, monitor our social media messaging and assist with website content. Also, they will respond to inquiries from existing clients and potential customers, build and manage lead development, and work in collaboration with leadership across different groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creates copy, edits, and proofreads all marketing materials
  • Maintains and manages marketing calendar and materials library
  • Takes a leadership position in the development and execution of all electronic and manual marketing funnels for new client acquisition, activation and monetization/retention
  • Prepares messaging for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn or similar social media accounts
  • Reviews and places all advertising (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook, radio)
  • Receives and responds to product-related inquiries and customer/prospect inquiries
  • Supports the legal team (on a quarterly basis) in compiling marketing KPIs and shareholder information
  • Qualifies all sales leads based upon specific lead qualification criteria
  • Gathers and interprets analytic data relating to marketing initiatives, product performance & customer experience

Qualifications

  • Experience with marketing automation systems, email marketing and CRM’s (Infusionsoft a plus)
  • Understanding of marketing concepts and experience with marketing funnels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate across multiple levels, roles and functions
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, time management and meeting deadlines
  • Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop) experience a plus
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
  • Knowledge of HTML coding preferred
