Diagnostics company AltheaDx sets terms for $60 million IPO

AltheaDx, which offers personalized diagnostic tests that examine metabolic interactions, announced terms for its IPO on Friday. The San Diego, CA-based company plans to raise $60 million by offering 4.6 million shares at a price range of $12 to $14. At the midpoint of the proposed range, AltheaDx would command a fully diluted market value of $184 million.

AltheaDx, which was founded in 2008 and booked $17 million in sales for the 12 months ended September 30, 2014, plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol IDGX. Citi and Jefferies are the joint bookrunners on the deal. It is expected to price during the week of February 2, 2015.
