Tuesday's four IPOs put 2013 total at 199, third highest since 2000

With four IPO pricings last night, 2013's IPO count has reached 199, the third highest count since 2000. The year trails only 2007 (213 IPOs) and 2004 (217); 16 deals are still on the calendar for November.
