Wesco Aircraft prices IPO at $15, below the range

Wesco Aircraft Holdings, a Carlyle-backed distributor of aerospace parts and supply chain services, raised $315 million by offering 21 million shares at $15.00, below its proposed $15.50-$17.50 range. Barclays Capital and Morgan Stanley acted as joint book-running managers for the IPO, and the stock is expected to commence trading on the NYSE under the ticker symbol WAIR on Thursday.
