Wave2Wave Communications, which provides communication services to SMBs in the northeast and midwest United States, filed on Monday with the SEC to raise up to $95 million in an initial public offering. The Hackensack, NJ-based company, which was founded in 1999, booked $72 million in sales over the last 12 months. Rodman & Renshaw is the sole bookrunner on the deal, for which pricing terms and timing were not disclosed.
