Sunshine Silver Mines, a precious metals exploration and development company with 19 properties in the US and Mexico, filed on Thursday with the SEC to raise up to $250 million in an initial public offering. The Denver, CO-based company, which was founded in 2006, plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol AGS. UBS Investment Bank, Morgan Stanley, and RBC Capital Markets are the lead underwriters on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
