Staffmark Holdings files for $125 million IPO

Staffmark Holdings, Inc., which is a leading provider of temporary staffing solutions in the US with roughly 6,000 clients, filed on Tuesday with the SEC to raise up to $125 million in an initial public offering. The Cincinnati, OH-based company, which was founded in 1970 and booked $1 billion in sales last year, plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol STMK. UBS Investment Bank and BMO Capital Markets are the lead underwriters on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
