Scorpio Tankers prices IPO at $13, below the range

Scorpio Tankers, which provides seaborne transportation via three Panamax tanker vessels, raised $163 million by offering 12.5 million shares at $13, below the range of $14 to $16. Scorpio Tankers plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol STNG. Morgan Stanley and Dahlman Rose & Co. acted as lead managers on the deal.

Mgmt is retaining 5.6m shares @15 = $84m but they are contributing 3 vessels only worth $40m after subtracting the $39m of mortgage debt. So the cash new investors are putting in is being heavily dil...
