SciQuest prices IPO at $9.50, at low end of the range

SciQuest, which provides an on-demand procurement and supplier management software platform, raised $57 million on Thursday by offering 6 million shares at $9.50, at the low end of its $9.50 to $11.50 proposed range. SciQuest is expected to begin trading Friday on the NASDAQ under the symbol SQI. Stifel Nicolaus Weisel acted as lead manager on the deal.
