Boise Cascade Company, a diversified North American paper and forest products company, filed for an initial public offering on Friday. Joint book runners on the deal will be Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Lehman Brothers and Deutsche Bank Securities. The company has filed to be traded on the NYSE under the ticker BCC.
