On-demand software provider Convio withdraws IPO

Convio, which provides on-demand software and services to nonprofit organizations, withdrew its IPO on Tuesday in a filing citing unfavorable market conditions. Goldman Sachs was set to be the lead manager on the deal. No terms had been disclosed.
