NEWS ALERT: Rosetta Stone quiet period ends May 25

Rosetta Stone, which a leading provider of language learning software, will see its quiet period end on 5/25/09. On 4/15/09, the company raised $112.5 million by offering 6,250,000 shares at $18.00, above the range of $15.00 to $17.00. Morgan Stanley acted as lead managers on the deal.
