NEWS ALERT: Mead Johnson Nutrition quiet period ends March 22

Mead Johnson Nutrition, which the global leader in manufacturing and selling pediatric nutrition product, will see its quiet period end on 3/22/09. On 2/10/09, the company raised $720.0 million by offering 30,000,000 shares at $24.00, at high end of the range of $21.00 to $24.00. Citi, Morgan Stanley acted as lead managers on the deal.
