Motricity quiet period ends July 27

Motricity, which provides a web-based mobile data services platform for wireless carriers, will see its quiet period end on Tuesday, July 27th. On June 17th, the company raised $50 million by offering 5 million shares at $10, below the range of $14-$16. J.P. Morgan and Goldman, Sachs & Co. acted as lead managers on the deal.
