Mid-Con Energy Partners LP quiet period ends January 24

Mid-Con Energy Partners LP, which owns, operates, and develops oil and natural gas properties in the central United States, will see its quiet period end on 1/24/12. On 12/14/11, the company raised $97.2 million by offering 5,400,000 shares at $18.00, below the range of $19.00 to $21.00. RBC Capital Markets, Raymond James and Wells Fargo Securities acted as lead managers on the deal.
