Linkage Technologies International Holdings, which is a leading provider of software and IT solutions to China's major telecom operators, withdrew its plans for an initial public offering on Wednesday after recently being acquired by AsiaInfo Holdings. The company, which was founded in 1997 and booked $122 million in sales for the 12 months ending June 30, 2009, had announced news of the acquisition in December 2009, roughly one month after filing for its IPO.
