JinkoSolar prices IPO at $11.00, low end of the range

JinkoSolar Holding, a China-based manufacturer of silicon wafers, solar cells and solar modules, raised $64 million on Thursday by offering 5.8 million shares at the low end of the range of its $11 to $13 range. The company raised 8% fewer proceeds than originally expected. JinkoSolar Holding is expected to begin trading Friday on the NYSE under the symbol JKS. Credit Suisse acted as lead manager on the deal.
