Internet radio company Pandora Media files for $100 million IPO

Pandora Media, which is the leading Internet radio company with 80 million registered users, filed on Friday with the SEC to raise up to $100 million in an initial public offering. The Oakland, CA-based company, which was founded in 2000, booked $114 million in sales for the 12 months ended October 31, 2010. Morgan Stanley and J.P. Morgan are the lead underwriters on the deal, for which pricing terms and timing were not disclosed.
