Inphi prices IPO at $12, high end of the range

Inphi Corporation, a fabless provider of analog chips for communications and computing markets, raised $82 million by offering 6.8 million shares at $12, the high end of the range of $10-$12.00. Inphi Corporation plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol IPHI. Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank Securities and Jefferies & Co. acted as lead managers on the deal.
