IT Consulting Provider GlassHouse withdraws IPO

3/5/09


GlassHouse, a provider of IT consulting, technology integration and managed services targeted at improving data infrastructure, withdrew its plans for an initial public offering on Thursday. The Framingham, MA-based company was founded in 2001 and booked $70 million in sales for fiscal 2007. Goldman Sachs was set to be the lead underwriter on the deal.
