Hyatt Hotels prices IPO at $25.00, within the range

Hyatt Hotels, a global upscale hotel operator and developer, priced its $950 million IPO on Wednesday at $25, within the expected $23-$26 range. The IPO consisted of 38 million shares sold by members of the Pritzker family, who continue to own a majority of Hyatt's stock. Hyatt Hotels plans to list on the NYSE on Thursday under the symbol "H"; Goldman Sachs was the lead underwriter on the deal.
