Echo Global quiet period ends November 10

Echo Global Logistics, which provides web-based shipping and freight management services, will see its quiet period end on Nov. 10. On October 1, 2009, the company raised $79.8 million by offering 5.7 million shares at $14.00, within the proposed range of $13.00 to $15.00. Morgan Stanley was the lead manager on the deal.
