Dynamic Offshore Resources, which explores, produces and develops oil and natural gas properties located near the Gulf of Mexico, filed on Tuesday with the SEC to raise up to $300 million by offering 16.7 million shares at a price range of $17.00 to $19.00. The Houston, TX-based company, which was founded in 2008 and booked $448 million in sales for the 12 months ended September 30, 2011, plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol DOR. Citi, Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank Securities are the lead underwriters on the deal. Pricing is set for the week of January 30th.
