Dunkin' Brands raises $423 million after pricing IPO at $19, above the range

Dunkin' Brands Group, which owns the Dunkin' Donuts coffee and Baskin-Robbins ice cream chains, raised $423 million by offering 22.25 million shares at $19, above the range of $16 to $18. Dunkin' Brands Group plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol DNKN. J.P. Morgan, Barclays Capital and Morgan Stanley acted as lead managers on the deal.
