Construction materials manufacturer Euramax files for a $175 million IPO

Euramax Holdings, which provides drainage, roofing and siding products for homes, commercial buildings and RVs, filed on Thursday with the SEC to raise up to $175 million in an initial public offering. The Norcross, GA-based company was founded in 1996 and booked $853 million in sales over the last 12 months. BofA Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank Securities are the lead underwriters on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
