Concord Medical quiet period ends January 20

Concord Medical Services, which leases radiotherapy and diagnostic imaging equipment to cancer centers in China, will see its quiet period end next Wednesday, Jan. 20. On Dec. 11, 2009, the company raised $132 million by offering 12 million shares at $11, within the range of $9.50-$11.50. Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, and CICC acted as lead managers on the deal.
