Colony Financial quiet period ends November 2

Colony Financial, which colony Capital-backed REIT that will invest in commercial real estate debt, will see its quiet period end on 11/2/09. On 9/23/09, the company raised $250.0 million by offering 12,500,000 shares at $20.00, at low end of the range of $20.00 to $20.00. BofA Merrill Lynch , Goldman Sachs, and Morgan Stanley acted as lead managers on the deal.
