Colony Financial prices its IPO at $20

Colony Financial, a Colony Capital-backed REIT that plans to invest in commercial real estate debt, raised $250 million by offering 12.5 million shares at $20. Colony Financial plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol CLNY. BofA Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs, and Morgan Stanley acted as lead managers on the deal, and the stock is expected to commence trading on Thursday.
