China Electric Motor quiet period ends March 9

China Electric Motor, which produces micro-motor products for household appliances, vehicles and other consumer devices, will see its quiet period end next Tuesday, Mar. 9. On Jan. 28, the company raised $22.5 million by offering 5 million shares at $4.50, below the range of $5.50-$6.50. Roth Capital and Westpark Capital acted as lead managers on the deal.
