Brightcove prices IPO at $11, midpoint of the range

Brightcove, which operates a cloud-based platform that enables customers to publish online videos, raised $55 million by offering 5 million shares at $11, the midpoint of the $10.00-$12.00 range. Brightcove plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol BCOV. Morgan Stanley and Stifel Nicolaus Weisel were the bookrunners on the deal.
