Avago Technologies quiet period ends September 14

Avago Technologies, which kKR/Silver Lake backed LBO of Hewlett Packard's former analog semiconductor business, will see its quiet period end on 9/14/09. On 8/5/09, the company raised $648.0 million by offering 43,200,000 shares at $15.00, at high end of the range of $13.00 to $15.00. Deutsche Bank acted as lead managers on the deal.
