Audience prices IPO at $17, above the range

Audience, a fabless designer of audio chips for use in the iPhone and other mobile devices, raised $90 million by offering 5.3 million shares (5% insider) at $17, above the range of $14 to $16. Audience plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol ADNC. J.P. Morgan, Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank were the joint bookrunners on the deal.
