Aeroflex Holding prices IPO at $13.50, low end of the range

Aeroflex Holding, which provides specialized chips and test equipment for aerospace, defense and wireless applications, raised $233 million on Thursday by offering 17.25 million shares at $13.50, the low end of its $13.50 to $15.50 proposed range. Aeroflex Holding will begin trading Friday on the NYSE under the symbol ARX. Goldman, Sachs & Co., Credit Suisse, and J.P. Morgan acted as lead managers on the deal.
