We are a newly-organized blank check company. Our management team is led by Mr. George Peter Sobek, our Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, who has served many executive roles in the financial industry over a more than 20-year career serving as director and executive officer of multiple companies operating within the global financial markets. Our Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Hang Kon Louis Ma, is a highly experienced senior executive with extensive management and financial experience in listed companies in the United States and Hong Kong. While we may pursue an initial business combination target in any industry or geographic location, we intend to focus our search on companies with operations in the vision sensing technologies (“VST”), including hardware chip solutions (such as chips, modules and systems), VST-related application software, artificial intelligence (“AI”) and other peripheral technologies that assist to integrate and/or supplement VST applications. There is no restriction in the geographic location of targets we can pursue, however, we expressly disclaim any intent to and will not consummate a business combination with a target business located in China or Hong Kong.
