We are a newly organized blank check company. While we may pursue an initial business combination target in any business, industry or geographic location, we intend to focus our search on global companies located outside the United States, including the Pan-Eurasian region that comprises Western Europe, Eastern Europe, South East Asia and the Middle East. We will also consider prospective targets located in the United States, but which are owned by non-U.S. shareholders, including sovereign wealth funds, family offices, international entrepreneurs or global industrial conglomerates. Our management team has an extensive track record of creating value for stockholders by acquiring attractive businesses at disciplined valuations, investing in growth while fostering financial discipline and ultimately improving financial results. We believe that the extensive cross-border investment experience of our management team will allow us to identify attractive foreign companies suitable for an initial business combination with us.
