Beijing Feitian, our PRC operating entity, is a healthcare solution provider dedicated to the development and commercialization of brachytherapy TPS specifically used for radioactive particle implantation, a type of radiotherapy used in treating cancer patients by placing radioactive sources inside the patient that kill cancer cells and shrink tumors. TPS is generally a computer software used in different types of radiotherapy. In brachytherapy, radiation treatment planning is the process in which a team of professionals will plan the appropriate brachytherapy for cancer patients with malignant tumors. For the fiscal years ended December 31, 2021 and 2022, and for the six months ended June 30, 2022 and 2023. Beijing Feitian’s revenue was generated through (i) the sales of FTTPS; (ii) the sales of Medical Auxiliary Supplies; and (iii) others, including sales of FTTPS-related technical advisories or provisions of consulting services. FTTPS, the lead product of Beijing Feitian, is an advanced and user-oriented TPS for treating a wide variety of malignant tumors.
