We are a newly-organized blank check company. Our Company is led by its founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chen Lian Sheng. Mr. Chen has over two-decades of experience managing fixed income, stocks, infrastructure and e-commerce businesses. As CEO of Dalian Hunter Asset Management Co., Ltd., Mr Chen is responsible for the Technology R & D Department and Business Development Department. Dalian Hunter Asset Management Co., Ltd. has made amazing achievements under his leadership. Mr. Chen is supported in the management of the Company by our International Business Development Director, Thomas Geroux and our Executive Director, Mi Jun at Hanze. They have worked together since 2019, and have a combined 30 years of experience in the investments and asset management.
