We are a newly organized blank check company incorporated in January 2021 as a Delaware corporation formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses, which we refer to throughout this prospectus as our initial business combination. While we may pursue an acquisition opportunity in any business, industry, sector or geographical location, we intend to focus on industries that complement our management team’s background, and to capitalize on the ability of our management team to identify and acquire a business, focusing on farming and agricultural sectors, including farming related operations and businesses that support the farming industry, where our management team has extensive experience. Our management team is led by David Gladstone, our Chief Executive Officer, President and Chief Investment Officer, Terry Brubaker, our Chief Operating Officer, Michael Malesardi, our Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, Michael LiCalsi, our General Counsel and Secretary, Bill Frisbie, our Executive Vice President of East Coast Operations and Bill Reiman, our Executive Vice President of West Coast Operations.
