Global Robotic Drone Acquisition ^{Filed, US Offering, Removed, Nasdaq: GRTRU}

We are a newly-organized blank check company incorporated in January 2022 as a Delaware corporation. While we may pursue an initial business combination opportunity in any business, industry, sector or geographical location, we intend to focus on transactions with companies and/or assets globally in the drone technology sector. There is no restriction on the geographic location of targets we can pursue. As the U.S and China drone markets are getting separated, we intend to focus our search on a drone company that can disrupt the global drone market. We believe that acquiring a leading emerging growth technology company that can succeed as an independent market player and stand up to competition from China will provide a platform to fund consolidation and fuel growth for our company. There is no restriction in the geographic location of targets we can pursue, although we intend to initially prioritize the Asia-Pacific region where comparative advantages in drone development exist; however, we expressly disclaim any intent to and will not consummate a business combination with a target business that conducts a majority of its business in or is located in China, Hong Kong or Macau. We will pursue an initial business combination target, identifying either a company with an ability to make the “technology leap” as the pathway to sustained growth in the U.S and Asia-Pacific drone markets.
