We are a newly organized blank check company. While we may pursue an acquisition opportunity in any business, industry, sector or geographical location, we intend to focus on industries that complement our management team’s background, and to capitalize on the ability of our management team to identify and acquire a business, focusing on the consumer products and services sectors, where our management team has extensive experience. Our Board of Directors, led by our founders and co-chairmen, Rohan Ajila, and Gautham Pai, have combined decades of private equity, cross border M&A and operator experience in the consumer goods industry. The team consists of Sanjiv Das, Tom Clausen, Art Drogue and Denis Tse. We believe that the strong management team will propel the company to identify a valuable acquisition target that can thrive in a public-listing environment. Although our management team has extensive experience in the consumer goods industries, we will not restrict our search to these fields. Over the course of their careers, the members of our management team and board of directors have developed a broad network of contacts and corporate relationships that we believe will be useful for sourcing investment opportunities.
