Biotech Group Acquisition ^{Withdrawn, Nasdaq: BGACU}

We are a newly organized blank check company. Although we may pursue a business combination in any industry, sector, or geographical location, we intend to leverage the knowledge, expertise, capabilities and deep industry relationships of our management team and board of directors to focus on biotechnology companies with the potential to capitalize on the growing biotechnology sector in North America and the Asia-Pacific region (excluding China, Hong Kong and Macau). Notwithstanding the foregoing, will not undertake our initial business combination with any company being based in or having the majority of the company’s operations in China (including Hong Kong and Macau). All of our management are located outside of China. We will prioritize targets with a particular focus on the bio technology sector where our management team and board of directors have extensive experience.
