Alpha Investment, a mortgage lender backed by Omega Commercial Finance, withdrew its plans for an initial public offering on Wednesday. It had originally filed in February 2020 and most recently planned to raise $10 million by offering 2 million shares at $5. Alpha Investment is currently quoted on the OTC Pink (ALPC) but is not trading.
The Columbus, OH-based company was founded in 2013 and had planned to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol ALPC. Boustead Securities was set to be the sole bookrunner on the deal.
