November 25, 2022
Weekly Recap

There were no offerings in the week of the Thanksgiving holiday. However, a few large IPOs have joined the pipeline in November along with several other companies updating their financials, indicating that we may see a slight pickup in activity before year end.

While there were no pricings, the pipeline still saw some activity as Global Mofy Metaverse (GMM) filed for a $30 million US IPO. The Chinese company specializes in virtual content production and provides digital marketing services utilizing its proprietary technology platform, which consists of 3D rebuilt technology and AI interactive technology.
