iSoftStone Holdings prices IPO at $13, high end of the range

iSoftStone Holdings, which is a leading China-based provider of outsourced IT services and solutions, raised $141 million by offering a full-sized deal of 10.8 million shares at $13, at the high end of the range of $11-$13. iSoftStone plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol ISS. UBS Investment Bank and J.P. Morgan, and Morgan Stanley acted as lead managers on the deal.
